Terms of service

COMMISSION INFO
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms:- All payments are done via PayPal, AUD only
- I have the right to decline any commission without question
- My commissioned work is digital only
- Commissions can take 1 day to 1 month to complete; I generally complete them within a couple weeks, but the minimum wait before you can ask for a refund is 1 month, no exceptions
- I always require credit for the art (moonbeamsfox on instagram, TH and deviantart)
- You cannot claim my art as your own
- You cannot use my art for commerial use
- I will not draw anything inappropriate (nsfw) or about politicsPAYMENT PROCESS- Payment must be taken in full, upfront, in order to secure your place in the queue
- Payment is via PayPal AUD only; I do not accept any other payment types unfortunatelyDESIGN TOS
By owning one of my designs, you agree to these TOS:- Always credit me as the designer even if the design is changed/edited
- You may change the species and body type of the design, just don't change it to the point that it's no longer recognisable
- do not resell my designs for more than they were originally bought for, UNLESS it has additional art
- You MUST have a Toyhouse account in order to own one of my designs; if you don't, I can give you an invite code
